01 Sports intelligence, applied

What moves
the game.

We help ambitious sports organizations build sports intelligence capabilities that drive sharper decisions, stronger performance, and lasting enterprise value.

↓

Sport creates extraordinary human and commercial value. Yet too many critical decisions are still made without the technological infrastructure and data discipline that have transformed other industries.

01What we bring

We exist to close that gap. Eleven Capital Advisors brings together sports expertise, technology fluency, and an investor's perspective to identify what matters and turn insight into measurable outcomes.

02How we work

From the boardroom to the playing field, we work alongside leadership teams to build smarter systems, make better decisions, and compound their advantage.

Outthink.
Not outspend.

Our methodology helps ambitious clubs turn resource constraints into competitive focus. We identify the few decisions that matter most, build the intelligence around them, and direct investment where it can create a disproportionate return.

01

Find the leverage

Identify the sporting and commercial decisions with the greatest potential impact.

02

Focus the system

Connect the right data, people, and technology around those priorities without unnecessary complexity.

03

Act with clarity

Turn fragmented information into faster, more confident decisions across the club.

04

Compound the edge

Measure what works, reinvest intelligently, and build an advantage that grows over time.

Limited resources.Unlimited ambition.

One perspective.
Two ways to create value.

01
Club ownership

OGC NiceFrance · 2016–2019

Building a stronger sporting and commercial platform

A dynamic period of active ownership focused on strengthening the club's sporting model, commercial foundations, infrastructure, and pathway from academy to first team.

Challenge

Translate the potential of a historic Ligue 1 club into sustainable performance while maintaining financial discipline and investing for the long term.

Our role

Oversaw the 2016 takeover and helped lead strategic initiatives spanning analytics, recruitment, commercial growth, infrastructure, and academy development.

Impact

Nice finished third in Ligue 1 in 2016–17, reached the UEFA Champions League for the first time in its history, opened an integrated training and academy complex, expanded youth opportunity, and was acquired by INEOS in 2019.

02
Minority investment

FC KaiserslauternGermany · 2022

Backing the renewal of a historic German club

A minority investment aligned long-term capital with the recovery of one of Germany's most recognized football institutions.

Challenge

Support a storied club emerging from a difficult financial and sporting period while preserving its identity, supporter connection, and long-term ambition.

Our role

Led the minority investment process and supported an ownership approach centered on stability, disciplined growth, and sustainable sporting progress.

Impact

During this period, Kaiserslautern returned to the 2. Bundesliga in 2022 and reached the 2024 DFB-Pokal final in Berlin.

03
Recapitalization & governance

FC ThunSwitzerland · 2020–Present

Creating the foundation for a historic rise

A recapitalization and four-year board mandate helped reinforce a disciplined club model built around analytics, youth development, and sustainable partnerships.

Challenge

Strengthen the club following relegation while protecting its community roots and building a platform capable of competing with larger budgets.

Our role

Led the 2020 recapitalization, served on the board for four years, and supported greater emphasis on data-informed decisions, academy pathways, and international sponsorship.

Impact

The strengthened foundation preceded promotion in 2025 and FC Thun's first Swiss top-flight championship in 2026 - a landmark achievement in the club's history.

Sports technology investment

BlocksportFan intelligence

Investing in the infrastructure behind modern fan engagement

Blocksport provides branded digital platforms that help sports organizations consolidate fan data, personalize engagement, activate sponsors, and create new commercial opportunities.

Challenge

Ticketing, commerce, memberships, content, and sponsorship campaigns often sit in disconnected systems, limiting a club's view of its supporters and the value it can create.

Our role

Invested behind a thesis that sports organizations need direct, measurable fan relationships and scalable infrastructure for loyalty, engagement, data, and transactions.

Investment rationale

A configurable platform can help rights holders build first-party intelligence, deliver more relevant experiences, and give sponsors clearer activation and measurement capabilities.

Experience built
across disciplines.
